Linton De Silva, MBA, RFC Linton De Silva is a distinguished financial services professional, insurance leader, trainer, and educator with extensive experience in life insurance, financial consulting about estate Planning, agency leadership, and professional development. He currently serves as Regional Manager, Agency Manager, Recruitment and Development Manager, Life Insurance Advisor, Trainer, and Lecturer at Softlogic Life Insurance PLC, Ratnapura, Sri Lanka. An internationally recognized professional, Linton is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and an active member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC). He also serves as a Chapter Director for IARFC Sri Lanka and UAE, contributing to the advancement of professional standards and ethical financial consulting practices across the region. Linton De Silva has achieved a major career milestone by earning a prestigious Professional Membership from the Sri Lanka Institute of marketing. Linton holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing Management from the University of Sri Jayawardenepura. He further strengthened his expertise by obtaining the Life Insurance Master Qualification in Insurance Law and Policy Conditions.
