Membership Cancellation Policy

Members who wish to cancel their IFIP membership must submit a written cancellation request to IFIP within three (3) days from the date of registration or payment confirmation.

Cancellation requests may be submitted through:

• Official email communication
• Online support system
• Written letter addressed to IFIP Administration

This fee covers the following costs:

• Administrative processing
• Membership onboarding
• System activation
• Documentation and verification costs

The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the member upon approval.

Once membership benefits, digital access, certifications, downloads, events, or professional resources have been utilized or accessed, IFIP reserves the right to reject any refund request regardless of the cancellation period.

IFIP reserves the right to:

• Review all cancellation requests individually
• Reject requests that violate IFIP policies
• Amend or update this policy when necessary to meet operational and professional requirements
