Certificate in Insurance Leadership and Management®

Purpose of the Qualification
The Certificate Qualification is designed to develop foundational leadership and management competence within the insurance and financial services sector, enabling learners to demonstrate supervisory capability, professional judgment, and applied leadership practice.

- Curriculum Coverage: 4 core modules (24 learning units)
- Programme Duration: 3 to 6 months

Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Minimum two years of relevant industry experience
- GCE Ordinary Level with a minimum of six passes, including Mathematics and Sinhala or Tamil
- IFIP Leadership and Management Certificate-level membership or an equivalent recognised qualification
Assessment & Completion Requirements
To achieve the Certificate Qualification, candidates must:
- Successfully complete all four core modules
- Submit one assessed assignment (leadership and management–based or practice-based)
- Pass the final online examination
