Master Designation Qualifications
As a member, you can use your advanced expertise and competence with Master
Designation to demonstrate your professionalism and credibility, reinforcing your
practical academic expertise in leasing and financial services.
Course Details:
> Mode: Online Study: Sixteen main (96 subtopics) course curriculum
> Duration: 18 months to 36 months
> Study Hours:1200 hours of online classes + 600 practical hours
For whom is this qualification suitable?
Suitable for: senior insurance agents, financial advisors, team leaders, managers,
and university students in their final year seeking relevant positions.
Entry Requirements:
> Hold IFIP Master Designation-level Membership or equivalent.
> Practicing licensed leasing and finance agents and financial advisors with over three
years of experience.
> Team leaders and managers with over two years of experience.
> Individuals aiming to demonstrate and enhance their practical professional expertise
with diplomas, advanced diplomas, or higher-level qualifications accepted by an
educational body.
> Leasing and finance employees aiming to advance from professional insurance or
academic qualifications.
> University students in their final year and those applying for sales or marketing
positions in the leasing and finance industry. (students must have passed GCE Ordinary
Level with six passes, including Mathematics and Sinhala or Tamil).
To earn the Master Designation Qualification, members must:
01) Complete: Sixteen main (96 subtopics) required online courses.
02) Submit: An assignment (Marketing Base or Practical Assignment)
03) Pass: An online exam
- For Individual Path master designation holders, completion of the face-to-face Education Board assessment and Career Development Conference (CDC) is required, which is a 3-night, 4-day workshop. (The cost will be minimal for the member.)
