Certificate in Insurance and Risk Management®
- Sri Lankan Students: LKR 36,000 + Admission Fee: LKR 5,000
- International Students: USD 200 + Admission Fee: USD 25
Purpose of the Qualification
The Certificate Qualification is designed to establish foundational professional competence in insurance and financial services, enabling learners to demonstrate applied knowledge, ethical practice, and industry readiness.

- Mode of Study: Online learning
- Curriculum Coverage: 4 core modules (24 learning units)
- Programme Duration: 3 to 6 months

Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- GCE Ordinary Level with a minimum of six passes, including Mathematics and Sinhala or Tamil
- IFIP Certificate-level membership or an equivalent recognised qualification
Assessment & Completion Requirements
To achieve the Certificate Qualification, candidates must:
- Successfully complete all four core modules
- Submit one assessed assignment (marketing-based or practice-based)
- Pass the final online examination
