Designation Membership Qualification
Master Certified Professional Finance Manager® - MCPFM®
Course fee for members: Rs. 150,000 + Admission fee Rs. 2,500
Course fee for non-members: Rs. 300,000 + Admission fee Rs. 2,500
Master Leadership and Management Designation Qualifications
Demonstrate advanced expertise and competence with Master Leadership and
Management Designation qualifications in leasing and financial services.
Course Details:
> Mode: Online Study: Sixteen main (96 subtopics) course curriculum
> Duration: 18 months to 36 months
> Study Hours:1200 hours of online classes + 600 practical hours
For whom is this qualification suitable?
Suitable for: Practicing senior licensed or employed leasing and finance
professionals, financial advisors, team leaders, managers, and university students in
their final year seeking relevant positions.
Entry Requirements:
> Hold IFIP Master Designation-level Membership or equivalent.
> Practicing licensed leasing and finance agents and financial advisors with over five
years of experience.
> Team leaders and managers with over three years of experience.
> Individuals aiming to demonstrate and enhance their practical professional expertise
with diplomas, advanced diplomas, or higher-level qualifications accepted by an
educational body.
> Leasing and finance employees looking to progress from leadership and management
professional finance or academic qualifications.
> University students in their final year and those applying for positions in leasing,
finance, bank assurance, life, or general insurance sales or marketing leadership and
management positions (students must have passed GCE Ordinary Level with
Mathematics and Sinhala or Tamil and GCE Advanced Level with three passes or hold
IFIP Designation-level qualifications).
To earn the Master Designation Qualification, members must:
01) Complete: Sixteen main (96 subtopics) required online courses.
02) Submit: An assignment (Leadership and Management Base or Practical
Assignment)
03) Pass: An online exam
- For Individual Path Master Designation holders, completion of the face-to-face Education Board assessment and Career Development Conference (CDC) is required, which is a 3-night, 4-day workshop. (The cost will be minimal for the member.)
